All custom orders require a 50% down payment at time of order
to secure your place in the production schedule, with the balance
plus shipping and handling paid prior to packaging and shipment.
For deliveries, the final balance is due upon delivery when delivery
is made within two weeks of order completion. If delivery is
not scheduled until later, the final balance is due upon completion
of the order. Order cancellations forfeit costs incurred, dependent
upon the status of order production at the time of cancellation.
aspen high design, inc. reserves
the right to retain any or all of the down payment, again depending
on status of the order at the time of cancellation. A written
Order Estimate & Agreement contract is provided for all custom
orders, outlining all Terms & Conditions of sale.

We can accept Visa and MasterCard;
however, we do not take online orders through our website. Please
call us with credit card information for a secure purchase transaction. |

P R I C I N G
|
There is a pricing guide at the bottom of each product category
page charting standard costs, including the basic pricing outline
for how each item is then custom quoted. For pricing estimates,
call us or simply click "Request Quote" button to receive
a prompt response to your inquiry by completing the estimate
form.
Orders are custom-priced, as the cost is based on dimensions,
the size and uniqueness of logs used, as well as the extent of
the wood characteristic detail, etc. We are not a factory nor
a retail store -- all our creations are absolutely one-of-a-kind.
Products are also available in our showroom inventory for sale,
always featured by clicking "For Sale" button (also
featured on each item's category page).
Some furniture styles may be ordered in basic standard sizes
at a standard price. Refer to the Pricing Guide at the bottom
of each category page.

Depending upon the size and the weight of your order it will
be shipped within the continental United States by a ground service
carrier or, for larger shipments, by truck motor freight. Be
sure to include your city, state and zip code when you request
a free estimate so that we may also estimate shipping and handling
to your destination. Shipping is available to virtually anywhere
around the world.
All aspen high products are carefully
packaged for secure and safe transport, proudly using recycled
packaging materials and heavy-duty wooden crating.

P R O D U C T W A R R A N T Y
|
aspen high design products are
manufactured and finished to last a lifetime. However, we will
repair or replace (original purchaser only) any product that
is determined to be structurally unsound, with aspen
high design reserving the right to authorize any such
return. Costs for warranty shipping and handling will be the
responsiblity of the Customer, or as agreed upon with aspen
high design.
NOTE: "Checks" are naturally inherent in aspen logs
and shall not be considered defects. "Checking" is
the natural splitting found in dead aspen trees, and does not
compromise the integrity nor the strength and durability of the
aspen furniture.
